Returns Policy
We take great care in packing our products to ensure they reach you safely. However, if your
order arrives damaged, please contact us with clear photos of the product and packaging
within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll assist you promptly.
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for items that didn’t work out as
expected. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all
accompanying materials.
Once the return is picked up and passes our quality check, you will receive store credit for
the value of the returned items. Any shipping charges paid at the time of order placement
are non-refundable. Store credits can be used on our website within 3 months of issuance.
Please note:
- Returns are subject to approval before processing.
- Excessive or repeated returns from the same account may be declined.
- Reverse pickup depends on courier serviceability of your pincode.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once packed or shipped.
- Delays caused by third-party courier partners are beyond our control.
- Online orders cannot be returned at offline stores.
- Handcrafted products may have natural variations in color, texture, or size, which are not considered defects.
- Bulk or customized orders are not eligible for standard returns.
